Users' experiences

A democratization and user orientation in health services has led to a relationship between provider and patient, in a greater extent, based on cooperation, participation and shared responsibility.

Patients' Rights Act stipulates that there should be an interaction between patient and provider in the treatment.

User oriented

The Norwegian Centre for Telemedicine strives for user participation in all development work related to patients. We define users as an important resource in our research.

Here, we present users' own experiences with telemedicine services that they have been involved in developing and/or testing.
