"And how are we feeling today?" A well-known opening remark from doctor to patient when the latter has found his or her place on the opposite side of the large desk. I have often wondered who "we" is in this context. During the Tromsø Telemedicine and eHealth Conference (TTeC) I obtained many answers.

Fakta om TTeC 2004:

Tromsø Telemedicine and eHealth Conference is held 21-23 June 2004.
This year is the fifth time the Norwegian Centre for Telemedicine is organizing the conference, which gathers some 300 participants from 23 countries over 3 days. This years theme is "Citizen participation in eHealth: Challenges for research, technologies and health care organisations".
