Get-together Sunday 11 June
You will be taken by cable car up to "Storsteinen" (420 metres above sea level), where there is a fantastic view overlooking the town and surrounding mountains. Here you will be served a mix of arctic culture, arctic beverages and snacks, and arctic climate. The buses will leave from outside the reception of the Rica Hotel at 19.30. Take a look at the webcamera at "Storsteinen" if you are curious of the view.

After a couple of hours the cable car will take us down from the mountain and buses will take us back to the hotel. For those of you not wanting to go to bed this early it is a nice 30 minutes walk from the cable car station, passing the Arctic Cathedral and across the bridge, back to town. Remember that there will be daylight all night! The get together is free of charge. (Accompanying guests NOK 300, VAT is not included)

Deep Sea rafting Monday 12 June at 20.00

Join us on a fantastic adventure at sea - in the sunshine around the Island of Tromsø, or in rough seas where you can really feel at one with the elements.
Price NOK 350 per person, VAT is not included. Minimum 12 people.

Fishing trip Monday 12 June at 20.00

A fishing trip is almost a required activity in Tromsø. The boat takes us out on the fjord - where there's plenty of fish. Once there, we just drift, taking in the wonderful scenery as we fish.
Price: NOK 450 per person, VAT is not included. Minimum 20 people.

Banquet Tuesday 13 June

At 20.30 we welcome all delegates to the conference banquet at Radisson SAS Hotel. Exciting dishes from around the world will be served in a food bazaar. There will also be entertainment by local artists. Price: NOK 550,-per person, VAT is not included. The price includes dinner, ½ litre of wine and café avec.
