NST++

Main

NST++ is a C++ library for vector and matrix computations. It also includes functions for reading, writing, and displaying images, plotting and performing statistical data analysis. It is written and maintained by members of the Extended Decision Support Group at the Norwegian Center for Telemedicine. The library is a tool in use and an ongoing development project, and hence it is constantly being extended and improved. The intended users of the library are scientists (within mathematics, physics, statistics, signal and image processing and similar), who are used to programming in interpreted languages like MATLAB, IDL or PYTHON, but would like to use a more computationally powerful language like C++.

Latest

12.03.08.  An updated version has been realesed. More then 40 new functions including functions for reading and writing colour images, colorspace transformations, new MATLAB-like functions, statistics functions like PCA analysis, kernel density estimation and covariance matrix calculation (thanks to Kevin Thon). The manual has NOT been updated. It will be done soon.
