Conference venue
The TTeC 2007 will be held at the New Radisson SAS Hotel Tromsø
The total capacity of the hotel will be as follows:
Rooms:
270 rooms (of which 10 are suites) with 490 beds. (Other hotels located with a 5-minute walking distance from the Radisson SAS Hotel offer over 700 rooms).
Congresses:
- The Congress Room of 500 m² (about 5400 sq. ft.) has a seating capacity of 600 and a ceiling height of 5.2 m (17 feet) and can be divided into three sections. The rear part of the room can be opened into the foyer to provide even more space for larger meetings and banquets
- 13 meeting rooms (totalling 550 m², nearly 6000 sq. ft.) are available in addition to the Congress Room
- The foyer of 400 m² (4300 sq. ft.) on two levels can be used either as an exhibition area or a break area. The reception area can also be used for exhibitions, providing an additional 100 m² (1076 sq. ft.) of space
- The total congress / exhibition area measures 1450 m² (15600 sq. ft.)
