Guidelines for a country feasibility study on telemedicine

Guidelines for undertaking a country feasibility study have been prepared by the Norwegian Centre for Telemedicine (NST) at the request of the WHO Regional Office for Europe. The guidance is based on research, development and literature studies over the last decade. The target users are those involved in all stages of telemedicine projects, services and applications.
